Returns, Exchanges & Non-Delivery of Orders

Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition (including packaging, where possible).

If requesting an exchange, the customer is responsible for both the return and redelivery costs, which must be settled before the exchange is processed. Standard delivery timelines
apply to exchanged items.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@maruverse.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We review all damaged orders individually and aim to resolve them fairly and efficiently. Our goal is always to exceed your expectations.

Non-Delivery of Orders

If your order is not delivered due to loss or theft by the courier, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If the courier was unable to reach you and returns the parcel to us, you will need to contact us to have the package reissued. If the courier charges us for returning the parcel, this cost
may be passed on to you before redelivery. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of our products, you have 7 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund:
The item must be unused and in its original condition, and
Returned with its original packaging, where possible.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to offer a gift voucher in lieu of a refund, depending
on the situation.
