Standard delivery timelines<br>apply to exchanged items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged Packages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@maruverse.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item&#8217;s condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We review all damaged orders individually and aim to resolve them fairly and efficiently. Our goal is always to exceed your expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Delivery of Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order is not delivered due to loss or theft by the courier, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the courier was unable to reach you and returns the parcel to us, you will need to contact us to have the package reissued. If the courier charges us for returning the parcel, this cost<br>may be passed on to you before redelivery. If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
